The menu list shows the available modules and, in some cases, options within them. Click 
to hide the titles so more processing space is available and again to redisplay them.
Click any option or sub-option to access the relevant view. Click Add New above the list to create a specific record. This covers:
•Message to create a general post that is not against a particular project
•Risk
