When you choose to add a post, you will enter relevant text and select the resources that are to see the post:
The selected resources will be able to view these posts at various screens throughout the system, generally when accessing projects to which those posts relate.
When viewing posts, existing ones for a project are listed and you can add comments to them or create further posts:
