KeyedIn - Projects (Project Workflows) - Adding and Maintaining

NOTE:
You can normally only add and edit projects if permitted through your login profile, unless overridden by your login. If not, you may be able to add and edit them for selected security groups only, depending on login settings.

Full details are only entered for level 1 projects. Below this level, only the General and Security Group tabs are processed.

Project templates, which are used as a basis for actual projects, may also be maintained here. When adding a project or template, a Project and Template Creation Wizard is processed.

For existing projects or templates, input is over several tabbed forms. Select each one from the available links.

For each project or template:

•the format and content of individual tabs will depend on the project type for the project. At least a General tab will appear but its content and format may vary. Other tabs may be specifically selected and configured.

•in addition to the data tabs, configuration data can be accessed by clicking  . You can only do this if permitted through your login profile and the data you can access is also specified there.

•action buttons may appear at the bottom of each input form to move the project to another status:
