If you have recorded supply time into the wrong period or the situation has altered, you can either edit each entry individually or click 
to move entries. A new input row appears:
You can choose to bring forward or delay the supply by a specified number of periods, based on the number and length of periods already selected. If necessary, alter the start date or month for the period range to be adjusted and then click OK. Your entries are then moved forwards or backwards as indicated. Click 
again to clear the adjust row.
