If you have a block of supply time to record for the same project over several periods, clicking 
opens a new input row:
Here you can enter the amount of time to insert and how this is to be recorded. The input number may represent a number of days or FTEs (full time equivalent of days) and it may be recorded against each period in a selected range or be distributed evenly across all days in the range.
You can alter the period range if required and click OK to record the time in each period. Click 
again to hide the edit row. You can then adjust the row entries individually if necessary.
