Once you complete the input, select the Results tab again or click the Search button to see a list of resources that match the search criteria:
The search takes account of each resource’s joining and leaving date and does not list any that are not available at all or for the minimum availability specified during the defined period. Those that are only available for part of the time will only have actual available time shown.
Each listed resource will show all available days. Select from the drop-down list to change this to the days already planned against supply.
You can scroll through the list and can click
against any resource to obtain more information.
Click 
against a listed resource name to insert it at the supply form. The supply values will be pre-filled for the visible periods based on the lower of the resource’s remaining availability, or outstanding demand.
