When adding and editing supply, actions are available:
•Show sets the number of periods to be shown (1-24) and the length of each period (Weeks or Months).
•date range defaults from the start of this week to the end of the selected period range. Changing the start date will automatically alter the last period shown.

to process the Edit Supply Tool so you can enter block data
•
to use the Adjust Tool to move existing entries
•Effort can be in terms of Days or FTEs (full time equivalent of a resource’s available time as a proportion of regular days).
•Historical indicates what is to be shown on the supply line for periods that are closed and where profile data is locked. This may be Planned (time assigned to resources) or Actuals (time booked through timesheet input).
