All forecasts in the portfolio are listed, the initial base version having all projects included. You can create different scenarios by excluding particular projects. Any projects falling below the waterline (if configured) will be pre-checked so they can be easily excluded if necessary.
Click 
for an individual project and then choose to include or exclude it, or select multiple projects and click Include or Exclude. This changes the content of the lists and alters the cost/benefit and priority weighting.
Changing a scenario in this way creates a new version and leaves the previous one unaltered. The new version is initially classed as ‘Work in Progress’ but you can change the scenario name as required.
