You can add and amend data and chart widgets for the My Work, My Projects, Insights, Scenarios and Scenario Comparison dashboards and for any custom dashboards you set up at Home pages.
Information is shown over different panels:
•Data is used to define the data to be used in the report or chart
•Preview shows the minimum data requirements needed for the widget to work. As you meet each requirement, it is marked as complete and, once all requirements have been met, the panel will show a preview of the report for assessment.
•Properties only applies for data widgets and sets the appearance of the report and the conditions to be met to include data.
You can drag the Data and Properties panels right and left to change their positions, click 
to hide them and then click the panel tab to redisplay.
