The fields selected for inclusion in the report are listed. Click the arrow buttons against these fields to change their position in the list so that it represents the sequence they are to appear in columns across the report.
You can also specify a number of fields that can be used to set the sequence of data as it appears in the rows of the report. Several fields can set the sequence of data and you can select each one at the next available blank entry. Indicate if each field’s data is to be in ascending or descending sequence and click the arrow buttons to set the relative priority of the selected key fields.
