Identify and describe the report:
The name uniquely identifies the report within the systems while Active must be checked if users can output the report.
You must specify a group for each report so that all similar reports can be listed together. You can define as many groups as you need and give each one a meaningful name. Existing groups are available from the drop-down list so that you can either select one or type in a new name and click Add To List to save it for future use. All new groups are available when creating new reports so they can be assigned to the group.
Check Log Report Usage if details are to be recorded each time this report is used to indicate its popularity.
