Processing is at two tabbed forms so you will select each one in series:
•at the Definition File tab, identify the report by typing its full location and name or clicking Browse to find it, then click Upload to load the file:
The file extension will be .arp for standard reports and .krp for enhanced data and chart widgets.
If the report package you choose to upload contains reports that have the same name as those already in the system, choose whether to replace those reports or leave the existing ones intact. For replaced reports, indicate if previously selected context areas are to be deleted or retained.
•at the Login Groups tab, determine who can use the report:
Indicate of the login groups and context areas for the selected reports are to be retained when the reports are uploaded; this may apply particularly if you upload a new version of an existing report. If the box is unchecked, current settings are not uploaded.
On completion, click Load to add the report to the list. You may then choose to edit the report so you can customize its details.
