•Name provides identification of the notification
•Description covers its purpose and other details
•Workflow indicates the one to which the notification relates
•Status Movement identifies the one that causes the notification to be sent when it occurs
•Recipients identifies the resources and login groups that are to be notified. Users will receive notification for their resource or if they are assigned to a specified login group.
Resource tokens, such as owner or sponsor, can be selected and users need to be identified as such through the project record to receive notification.
•Subject/Message provide the subject title and the message to be sent. These can include project fields (such as the project code or name) and functions (such as the current date or the user’s resource code) so the message includes the relevant data.

•Email Me Text is the name that appears on the My Email Notifications screen for the notification. There, users can choose not to receive an email notification but will always see received notifications via the title bar.
