Process here to determine if collaboration with others on particular subjects is required and how it applies. When permitted, certain users can raise issues on selected topics and make comments on other posts.
Check the Enabled box to allow collaboration and then indicate individual elements where this applies.
Choose Resource Picture to display an image for each person making a post or entering a comment, or Default if individual pictures are not displayed. Select the required image for each resource.
Posts can be viewed from:
•various input forms whenever 
appears; click the symbol to view posts and add comments
•from the 
action list, when Add Post is available to start a new post and View Posts lets you list existing posts and add comments.
