The Configuration menu determines the normal rules and defaults that are to apply within the application. Certain of these settings can be overridden within the relevant views.
Input is through a series of views that are accessed from the separate Configuration icon 
. Click the icon for a list with links to each view. Select each one in turn and then enter data as prompted.
