Process this view to set the most commonly used values for particular entities. These then appear as default values when setting up data (such as creating resources). You can change to other values when creating records and make other selections to input timesheets and expenses.
For each entity where you require a default value, click or and choose the appropriate entry. Click to remove a default that is not needed.

Maximum Hours per Day |
Check the first box and enter a maximum number if you wish to limit the hours that can be recorded for a resource in any day. This number will apply as a default for new resources and help to prevent incorrect entries. You can vary this limit for individual resources and can choose to apply the limit to existing resources. |
