When you store documents on the system server, choose what is required when a new version of an existing document is uploaded:
•Enable Versioning if a new version is to be created each time you store a document of the same name. If not, each new document replaces the previous one with no record retained of the old version
•Number of versions to keep applies if versioning is enabled so you can choose the maximum versions required.
•Enable Project Documents to allow document attachments to be added to the project record.
