Enter or select:
•Name for the report; this will be inserted in the subject line of the relevant email
•Active if available to use
•Report that is to be scheduled. Process a search for the one you need, which must have a report output option of PDF, Excel or XML.
•Description, which will be included in the body of the email
•Frequency/Occurs at, indicating when the report is to be generated. Check the displayed Scheduler date and time fields to account for different time zones.
