Each status is created with no status movements, which determine how a movement through the workflow occurs, the next status to be processed and whether data is passed to other systems. Every status and sub-status may have one or more status movements so that different routes through the workflow can be determined depending on actions and results.
Against each status or sub-status, click Add Status Movement to create movement details.
Each existing status movement shows the current status and the one to move to when the related command is actioned. Place the mouse cursor over to see this command.
•For a status movement, click and then:
o Edit to update the movement record
o Delete to clear the movement. If this results in a status or sub-status having no movements, it will not be possible to progress to another status.
