The screen defaults to the current month but you can click the arrow buttons to change to other months and years.
All working days are shown white while normal non-working days set at the General tab should be grey. Today is highlighted in blue.
The aim here is to identify holidays and other dates that differ to normal settings (you can only do this for dates that fall inside the system’s current planning period. To do this:
•click a date to select it (hold down Shift and click another date for a range)
•ensure Override To is selected
•enter the number of hours normally worked on the selected days
•click Update to apply the change.
Repeat the procedure for the whole year so that the complete calendar is set and overridden days are highlighted. You can select Reset Default Values and click Update at any month to revert to normal settings for the working time.
