KeyedIn - Cost and Charge Restrictions

Here you can specify any restrictions on the resources to which the cost and charge rates can apply. Any existing selections are listed.

If the ‘This Cost/Charge is available to all Resources’ entry is checked, the rates are suitable for all resources and individual ones are not listed. If you uncheck the box, you must specify the resources to which the rates can apply.

NOTE:
The ability to change the ‘available to all’ setting may be prevented through your login profile. If so, individual selections will apply.

Click the Copy From button to copy settings from a selected resource or Add Resources to select appropriate ones. These are then listed.

Click the Remove button, after checking one or more entries, to delete them and prevent use for the resources.
