You must first choose a project type on which the project is based. This will determine the content and format of the General tab as well as other optional tabs.
If you choose to create a record by entering details to an empty project, input is to the standard project set-up. Otherwise, choose a template that will provide some of the input and data that can be copied is shown. Uncheck any that are not required.
The Execution Start Date indicates when the execution of the new project will start and is used to offset the data when copied from the template.
