This form has project project to sub-forms so that you can set restrictions for the project. You can therefore determine the:
•resources to be used on the project
•activities that can be carried out
•types of expense that may be incurred.
In each case, existing selections are listed.
If the ‘This Project is available to all …’ entry is checked, the project can use all projects, have all activities, and so on, and individual ones are not listed. If you uncheck the box and nothing is listed, the project will only have access to those entries specifically assigned through the appropriate set up routine through Administration processing.

Click the Copy From button to copy settings from a selected project or Add…. to select appropriate records. These are then listed.
Click Delete Selected, after checking one or more listed entries, to remove them and prevent access by the project.
