KeyedIn - Resource Security Groups

Here you can specify the security groups that apply to this resource. All users with a login code for a specified group can access this resource’s record.

If the ‘This Resource is available to all Security Groups’ box is checked, the resource’s record is available to all members of all groups. If you uncheck the box and no records are listed, the resource’s record can only be accessed by those security groups that you then assign.

NOTE:
The ability to change the ‘available to all’ setting may be prevented through your login profile. If so, individual selections will apply.

Click the Copy From button to copy groups from a selected resource or Add to choose specific groups that are to apply. Click Remove, after checking one or more groups, to clear them and so prevent further access by members of that group.
